The new gym launching at Goodwood Health & Wellbeing within The Goodwood Hotel is no ordinary gym. It has been designed for smarter training, deeper recovery and long-term wellness, reflecting the Estate’s belief in the body’s natural ability to heal and strengthen itself. This is set to become the South Coast’s most comprehensive hub for personalised health, where technology, expert coaching and nature converge.
“At Goodwood, we’re reimagining what it means to live well,” says Jen Evans-Brewer, Head of Health & Wellbeing. “We’re creating spaces where intelligent technology and expert practitioners work together to deliver truly personalised, holistic health. Our goal is to empower members, guests, and our local community to feel better, live stronger, and thrive, no matter who or where they are.”
