Located in the stunning surroundings of the West Sussex South Downs, the Goodwood Estate is a truly unique filming location. With 11,000 acres and situated just 60 miles from London, we’re confident that there is nowhere else quite like Goodwood for your next filming project.
Nestled at the foot of the Sussex Downs, Goodwood Motor Circuit is the only classic circuit in the world to remain entirely in its original form, after being lovingly restored. There are 2.4 miles of track with a historic airfield in the centre. The site is also home to numerous wartime buildings and large aircraft hangars.

The Goodwood Estate boasts 11,000 acres of scenic woodland and historic natural beauty in West Sussex. You can find some of England's finest three-hundred-year-old Cedar trees, and Seeley Copse, an eight-hectare area of semi-ancient woodland directly opposite Goodwood Home Farm.

The home of The Duke and Duchess of Richmond and Gordon combines the glamour of a great English country house with the warmth of a family home. It also provides a dramatic setting for one of the most significant private art collections in the country.

The Kennels was built in 1787 as a home for the 3rd Duke’s hounds. At the time it was regarded as the most luxurious dog house in the world.
Considered one of the finest examples of Georgian architecture, The Kennels has been meticulously restored, breathing new life and energy into this 18th-century masterpiece.

Set in the midst of Goodwood’s spectacular 11,000-acre Estate, this magnificent 10-bedroom sporting lodge is a haven for filming and photography projects.
As the home of the world’s first major foxhunt and the very reason the first Duke of Richmond bought a house at Goodwood in 1697, Hound Lodge was considered to be one of the most luxurious dog houses in the world. Meticulously restored to its former glory, every aspect of Hound Lodge exudes luxury and sophistication. Each of the ten bedrooms are individually designed with carefully chosen antiques and paintings to reflect the sporting history of the Estate.

Formerly known as RAF Westhampnett, the airfield has been located here since the Second World War, when it served as a satellite airfield to nearby RAF Tangmere. Its West Sussex location makes it the south coast’s focal point for flying excellence and gives pilots and their passengers a bird’s-eye view over the Solent and the Isle of Wight.

Framed by views across the South Downs and South Coast, Goodwood Racecourse has a reputation as one of the most beautiful in the world. Outside of 19 days of racing, the Racecourse offers an abundance of outdoor space. The Parade Ring provides a beautiful setting for photoshoots, as well as our huge indoor concourse which can be utilised as studio space.

Goodwood is famous for three of the biggest events in the social and sporting calendar - Festival of Speed, Qatar Goodwood Festival and Goodwood Revival - as well as the exclusive Members’ Meeting for the Goodwood Road and Racing Club and Goodwoof, the ultimate dog event.
If you would like to film at any of our events, please head over to our Accreditation page to find out more.
