After a fire in 1791 at Richmond House in Whitehall, London, James Wyatt added two great wings to showcase the saved collection at Goodwood. To give unity to the two new wings, Wyatt added copper-domed turrets framing each façade.

During Festival of Speed 2024, The Goodwood Education Trust hosted a collection of engaging STEM Seminars by present STEM leaders, curated by Dick Powell and expertly tailored to inspire secondary school students. The 2024 STEM Seminars, supported by EDB, are our free educational resource for 11 to 16 year-olds to ignite their imagination and find their STEM passion.
