With over 15 years of experience and training, Kathryn delivers targeted treatments designed to address both pain and stress. Her work is rooted in deep tissue techniques that aim to alleviate chronic pain, support injury recovery and rebalance the body’s systems.

For parents constantly lifting children or juggling endless tasks, and for office workers hunched over keyboards for hours, this kind of massage can be life changing. Common complaints like lower back pain, sciatica, shoulder stiffness, migraines and even sports-related tension are understood and addressed.

Kathryn begins each session with a consultation to identify the primary concern and set realistic goals. Clinical Massage is about long-term relief and not quick fixes. Through her sports massage background, Kathryn also offers personalised aftercare advice, helping clients integrate practical stretches, posture corrections and recovery tips into their daily routines.

September signals more than just school shoes and new planners. It is a time when our bodies are called upon to perform again, after summer holidays, disrupted sleep, or dusting off out exercise schedules. For some, it is a return to fitness goals.
