See the best of the snaps from 82MM

With cars that ranged from more than a century of motorsport, there really was something for everyone at 82MM. From the Edwardian contraptions of the S.F. Edge Trophy and the pre-war racers of the Earl Howe Trophy, to myriad sports and saloon cars from the 1950s to the ‘80s, there was a spectacularly broad array of machinery on track.

Bringing things right up to the present day was the Jota Cadillac V.Series.R Hypercar that will run in this year’s World Endurance Championship, while fans of endurance racers were further indulged by the GT3 Shoot-Out. What scenes we witnessed as these modern aero-equipped racing cars took to the period setting that is the timewarp Goodwood Motor Circuit.

It wasn’t just racing cars on track, too. GMA put on a great display with a gathering of eight T.50 customer cars, a running display of the T.33 prototype nicknamed ‘James’ and, most thrillingly, the T.50s track car in the hands of Dario Franchitti.
