The calm before the action at 82MM

Cool air and blue skies set the atmosphere, and a layer of dew glistens on the cars as they rest in their paddock shelters. Before the gates opened, our photographers were out to capture the moment as the earliest team members arrived to begin prepping and preening their machines.

And what a diverse array of machinery waits in store for the two-day programme of racing, demonstrations and Shoot-Outs. Madcap Edwardian contraptions for the S.F. Edge Trophy sit on their skinny wheels with minimal bodywork, brooding GT3 racers are primed for the Shoot-Out, and classic saloons in an array of period liveries for our three touring car races. Then there are classic Jaguar, AC and Ferrari sports cars and single-seaters lined up for their outings. And who could fail to be captivated by Ayrton Senna’s Lotus 97T in its JPS livery? Or the new Jota Cadillac Hypercar?

Tickets for the 83^rd Members’ Meeting will be available for a limited time immediately after this year’s event for Members and Fellows of the GRRC. Admission and Grandstand tickets will go on sale on Monday 14^th April for Members, and Wednesday 16^th April for Fellows.
