With fierce wheel-to-wheel racing combined with lashings of rain, there wasn’t a shortage of wild moments to choose from. First, we have a spinning Scarab in the Sussex Trophy, a mechanical failure that caused chaos for the cars behind who almost all span as a result.
We also have another mechanical mishap for an Austin Healey 3000 in the Stirling Moss Memorial Trophy, an engine fire for ‘DD 300’, the most successful and famous Healey racer ever, having competed at the Le Mans 24 Hours and had the likes of Sir Stirling Moss and Jim Clark at the wheel.
Other moments include a new Revival-only flower delivery service, previewed in the Whitsun Trophy, a heroic duel in the wet between the Mk1 Jaguar of Grant Williams and Chris Ward in the St. Mary’s Trophy presented by Motul, and Alex Buncombe going drifting in Juan Manuel Fangio’s C-type in the Stirling Moss Memorial Trophy.
That’s just a taste of what you can expect in this video of the most chaotic moments from a wonderful weekend of racing, and you can watch all 18 of them all right here.
