Everything you can see at Revival’s Earls Court Motor Show

10th September 2025

One of Revival’s greatest strengths is its ability to transport you 70 years into the past. But while vintage cars form the backbone of the event, you can get a glimpse of the future at the Earls Court Motor Show, where classic models and the modern machines they inspire share the spotlight. Expect to see names like Land Rover, Range Rover, Alpine, Mini, and Cosworth.

Land Rover will take centre stage as it celebrates over 75 years of the Defender, showcasing some of the vehicle’s most iconic moments. Visitors can look forward to off-road adventures with a touch of royal glamour, fitting for a car as comfortable parked outside a stately home as it is wading through ankle-deep mud.

A pristine Series 1 Defender will be on display in Earls Court to demonstrate the craftsmanship of Land Rover’s Classic Works department — the brand’s in-house restoration and restomod service.

If you’re interested in something more modern, the powerful new Defender Octa will also be on show, a twin-turbocharged V8 powerhouse designed to deliver extraordinary performance both on and off-road.

Range Rover will present its unique mix of luxury and off-road capability in two immersive spaces: a 1970s-themed showroom that looks back at its heritage, and a Milan Design Week-inspired environment that hints at its luxurious future. A three-door prototype Velar will represent the past, while the Range Rover SV showcases the future.

Alpine might seem worlds apart from luxurious off-roaders, but like Range Rover it has a rich history that stretches back to the early 1960s. At Revival, Alpine will celebrate the women behind its name, including rally legend Michèle Mouton, four-time Rally France winner Marie-Claude Beaumont, and Lella Lombardi, who claimed second in class at Le Mans in 1976. Current Alpine Academy drivers Nina Gademan and Sukhmani Kera will also be meeting fans.

Automotive icons will be in no short supply. At the Alpine stand, you’ll find the A110 that competed in Alpine’s first World Rally Championship in 1973, alongside the 1975 Alpine-Renault A441 C Le Mans prototype from the World Endurance Championship.

Bringing things right up to date is Alpine’s new electric A390 SUV — a 470PS (346kW) triple-motor powerhouse with torque vectoring that promises to make it handle like the sportscars that made the brand famous.

This selection of machinery will be joined by an epic display of BMW Art Cars, with the collection celebrating its 50th anniversary this year. Five cars featuring designs from world renowned artists including Roy Lichtenstein and David Hockney will represent the 20-strong collection, the first of which was a special BMW 3.0 CSL designed by Alexander Calder for the 1975 Le Mans 24 Hours.

Cosworth will also be displaying three of its most famous engines from the Revival era, including the legendary DFV that claimed 155 Grand Prix victories and 22 World Championships, giving us all the chance to get a detailed look at the engineering that dominated Formula 1 for more than a decade.

You can delight in these artistic endeavours and enjoy a glimpse into the future, all inside the Ears Court Motor Show at the Revival.
