Buildup for the F1 75 Celebration at the 2025 Festival of Speed presented by Mastercard continues apace as the Haas Formula 1 team becomes the latest to confirm its attendance at Goodwood this summer.
The American team, which celebrates ten seasons in F1 this year, will be out in force at the Festival of Speed, with current drivers Esteban Ocon and Ollie Bearman scheduled to be in action on the famous Goodwood Hill across the weekend.
Haas will also be bringing two contemporary cars to run on the Hill on all four days of the Festival of Speed, the VF-23 driven by Nico Hülkenberg and Kevin Magnussen to a handful of points finishes in 2023, and what will become the newest F1 car to take on the Hillclimb, the VF-24, which scored 58 points and gave Bearman his debut in 2024.
The current VF-25 competing in this year’s World Championship will also be on static display at the Festival of Speed, alongside the first Haas F1 car, the VF-16, and host of team memorabilia including helmets and race suits as part of a wider showcase at the event.
Haas will have an exclusive presence at the heart of the event site; it will also join fellow F1 teams in the Festival of Speed’s Ballroom Paddock as part of the F1 75 celebrations.
Ahead of the event, Haas F1 driver Bearman said: “I’m over the moon to be attending Goodwood this year. It’s such a fantastic event for the UK and I was lucky enough to be there last year, so this will be my second visit to Goodwood.
“It’s a special year for the team, celebrating racing in Formula 1 for ten seasons, and I’m excited to see everyone support us over the weekend – it’s going to be a lot of fun.”
Bearman’s team-mate and 2021 Hungarian Grand Prix winner Ocon added: “The Goodwood Festival of Speed is an amazing event. I’ve been there once in the past but I’m really looking forward to going with the team this year as it is ten seasons since MoneyGram Haas F1 Team joined Formula 1.”
“We’re going to have lots of exciting things to show – it’s a celebration for us – and it’s great that we can share with fans as well. It’s always fun as we’re driving the cars we love and on top of that, there’s no pressure – you’re there just to have fun and share those moments with everyone there.
“It’s always a beautiful event, I’m excited to look around and see the historical cars with a lot of history and passion, I might bring my family as well as they’ve never been.”
Haas joins Williams on a growing list of current F1 teams featuring at the 2025 Festival of Speed, as part of a huge celebration of 75 years of the Formula 1 World Championship that will also see the likes of Alain Prost, Nigel Mansell and Mario Andretti taking to the Goodwood Hill over the course of the weekend.
The 2025 Festival of Speed takes place on 10th-13th July. Friday and Saturday tickets are now sold out, but Thursday and limited Sunday tickets are still available.
